Russian classic. Promo
A promo in support of «Russian classic» was held in Togliatti on the field of «Lada-Arena». The outdoor game between «Chelmet» and «Lada» will be held on January 19 in Chelyabinsk on the stadium «Central». This game will be also dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the first victory of «Lada» Togliatti in the Russian league.
The event in Togliatti began at 11 am. After the morning skate seven players of «Lada» (Danila Alistratov, Vyacheslav Karavdin, Alex Mastryukov, Kirill Nikonorov, Anatoly Raenko, Yegor Sinelev and Vladislav Sokolov) were photographed in a special retro jersey in which «Lada» Togliatti team played in victorious season 1993/94. The choice of the players was not accidental - Alistratov and Raenko played in the youth team of Chelyabinsk hockey school, other players have finished the Togliatti hockey school. «Chelmet» players will take part in the same procedure later in the retro jersey of «Metallurg» Chelyabinsk.
The second part of the show started before the game. In the lobby of the arena an autograph session with the «Lada» forward Eugeny Chemerilov and «Chelmet» forward Alex Zavarukhin was held. At the same time a drawing contest called «Draw the hockey» between young fans who attended the game took place. A quiz for fans on the knowledge of the history of hockey games in the open air started before the game. In between the breaks fans were entertained by musical groups of the city. In addition, the logo of «Russian classic» was presented, and the emcee touted Togliatti fans to visit Chelyabinsk on January 19.
And in fact, hockey fans are expected to see a lot of interesting there. In particular, a special line of souvenirs will be released, an entertainment program will be held all day long around the stadium «Central». There will also be outdoor kitchens, where fans will be able to enjoy the hot porridge and tea. Hot drinks will be spread directly in the stands. A special show program will anticipate the game.
